dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación nos pudo mostrar que ahí una alta prevalencia en infecciones micóticas en uñas de las manos y pies, de las cuales buscamos una opción más natural y accesible para las personas de bajos recursos o que no tiene tanta facilidad de conseguir medicamentos específicos, llegando a determinar el efecto antifúngico del extracto etanólico de la Manayupa frente a cepas de Candida Albicans y Trichophyton Rubrum tuvo un buen resultado pero no en comparación que tiene un medicamento industrial en el mercado. Concluyendo que el extracto etanolico de la manayupa si tiene un efecto antifungico ante la cepa de Trichophyton Rubrum. | es_PE |
dc.description.abstract | The present investigation was able to show us that there is a high prevalence of fungal infections in fingernails and toenails, of which we are looking for a more natural and accessible option for people with low resources or who do not have the ease of obtaining specific medications, determining the antifungal effect of the ethanolic extract of Manayupa against strains of Candida Albicans and Trichophyton Rubrum had a good result but not in comparison with an industrial medicine on the market.
