Conocimientos y adherencia al protocolo de prevención de ulceras por presión en cuidados críticos, Hospital Nacional Hipólito Unanue, 2026

Abstract

Objetivo: determinar cómo se relaciona el nivel de conocimiento y adherencia al Protocolo de prevención de ulcera por presión en UCI del Hospital Nacional Hipólito Unanue, 2026. Materiales y métodos: tipo de investigación cuantitativo de diseño no experimental con corte transversal y correlacional, con una muestra censal de 55 profesionales de enfermería ubicadas en el servicio de cuidados intensivos, para la recolección de datos se utilizará la encuesta como técnica y como instrumento se utilizará el cuestionario. Resultados: se empleará el software SPSS versión 26 para el tratamiento estadístico correspondiente, los cuales serán mostrados en tablas y gráficos. Conclusiones: el estudio realizado determinará cual es nivel de relación entre conocimiento y práctica referente al protocolo de prevención de úlcera por presión en UCI.

Objective: to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and adherence to the Pressure Ulcer Prevention Protocol in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Hipólito Unanue National Hospital, Lima, 2026. Materials and Methods: this study will employ a quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional, and correlational research design. The study population will consist of a census sample of 55 nursing professionals working in the Intensive Care Unit. Data will be collected through a survey, using a questionnaire as the research instrument. Results: statistical analysis will be performed using SPSS software version 26. The findings will be presented in tables and graphs to facilitate data interpretation. Conclusions: the study will determine the level of relationship between knowledge and adherence to the Pressure Ulcer Prevention Protocol among nursing professionals in the Intensive Care Unit.
