Desempeño laboral del personal de enfermería en la unidad de cuidados intensivos del hospital regional Cusco en el contexto post pandemia, Cusco 2025

Abstract

Objetivo: la finalidad de esta investigación es determinar cómo trabaja el personal de enfermería en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos del Hospital Regional Cusco en el año 2025, en el periodo posterior a la pandemia. Materiales y métodos: el presente estudio se ubica dentro de un enfoque cuantitativo con un alcance correlacional, empleando una metodología descriptiva no experimental y un análisis transversal. Esto se debe a que los datos serán recolectados en un solo momento para lograr una perspectiva nítida acerca del rendimiento laboral en los profesionales de enfermería del servicio de la unidad de cuidados intensivos del Hospital Regional del Cusco durante el año 2025. El personal de enfermería del área de cuidados intensivos del Hospital Regional Cusco será el grupo objeto de estudio. Para ello, se considerará una muestra no probabilística censal, compuesta por 60 profesionales (licenciados y técnicos). La metodología para la investigación actual será una encuesta, que se realizará al personal de enfermería con el fin de obtener actitudes y opiniones. El cuestionario consta de varias preguntas sobre una o más variables a medir; en este caso específico, contiene preguntas cerradas (opciones de respuesta) que permitirán recoger información acerca de la variable estudiada. Resultados: Los datos adquiridos a través de la aplicación del instrumento serán analizados con el software SPSS y, además, con Excel. Conclusión: estarán vinculados a los resultados logrados durante el análisis de la investigación y proporcionarán una contribución significativa a la misma.

Objective: the objective of this study is to identify the work performance of nursing staff in the Intensive Care Unit of the Cusco Regional Hospital in the post-pandemic context during 2025. Materials and methods: this research is framed within a quantitative approach with a correlational scope, using a non-experimental descriptive design and cross-sectional analysis, as data will be collected at a single point in time to obtain a clear view of the work performance of professional nursing staff in the intensive care unit service of the “Cusco Regional Hospital during 2025”. The technique to be used for this research will be a survey to obtain attitudes and opinions, which will be applied to the nursing staff. “The questionnaire consists of a set of questions regarding one or more variables to be measured; in this study, it is composed of closed-ended questions (response options), which will serve to collect information on the study variable”. The analysis will be performed in SPSS using descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: the data obtained through the application of the instrument will be processed using the SPSS program and additionally with the Excel program.
