Proceso del cuidado enfermero aplicado a paciente con colecistitis aguda litiásic a en el servicio de emergencia del Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza, 2025

Abstract

El objetivo del estudio, asociado al proceso de atención de enfermería, es aplicarlo al paciente con diagnóstico de colecistitis aguda litiásica en el servicio de emergencias del Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza, 2025. Materiales y métodos: se utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo, no experimental, descriptivo y transversal, aplicando un plan científico metódico estructurado que permitió identificar cada necesidad y planificar la atención oportuna al paciente. Para el cuidado holístico se aplicó la valoración conceptual de los once patrones funcionales de Marjory Gordon, destacando holísticamente en el paciente según la evaluación de enfermería. Se planificó un cuidado y atención de enfermería congruente e individualizado, lo que permitió restaurar y preservar la salud del paciente. En el proceso de atención de enfermería se aplicaron las taxonomías NANDA, NOC y NIC, lo que permitió analizar mediante una valoración completa y así mismo las intervenciones se aplicaron correctamente, priorizando cinco etiquetas diagnósticas según la necesidad del paciente. Resultados: cada intervención de enfermería se utilizó durante la estancia hospitalaria del paciente. Conclusiones: La atención de enfermería se centró holísticamente en promover la recuperación, el confort y el bienestar del paciente ingresado en el servicio de urgencias del Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza.

The objective of the study, associated with the nursing care process, is to apply it to the patient diagnosed with acute lithiasic cholecystitis in the emergency department of the Arzobispo Loayza National Hospital, 2025. Materials and methods: a quantitative, non-experimental, descriptive and cross sectional approach was used, applying a structured methodical scientific plan that allowed identifying each need and planning timely care for the patient. For holistic care, the conceptual assessment of the eleven functional patterns of Marjory Gordon was applied, highlighting holistically in the patient according to the nursing assessment. Congruent and individualized nursing care and attention was planned, which allowed restoring and preserving the patient's health. In the nursing care process, the NANDA, NOC and NIC taxonomies were applied, which allowed analysis through a complete assessment. Likewise, the interventions were applied correctly, prioritizing five diagnostic labels according to the patient's need. Results: each nursing intervention was used during the patient's hospital stay. Conclusions: nursing care focused holistically on promoting the recovery, comfort, and well-being of patients admitted to the emergency department of the Arzobispo Loayza National Hospital.
