Estrés laboral en el personal de enfermería de centro quirúrgico del hospital regional Honorio Delgado Espinoza, Arequipa 2025

Abstract

Objetivo: determinar el nivel de estrés laboral en el personal de enfermería de centro quirúrgico del hospital Regional Honorio Delgado Espinoza Arequipa, 2025. Materiales y métodos: en términos de enfoque es cuantitivo, tipo descriptivo, diseño de la investigación no experimental, corte transversal; la población son 48 enfermeras que laboran en centro quirúrgico siendo una muestra censal; el instrumento a utilizar es el cuestionario de la escala Nursing Stress Scale. Resultados: los datos de la investigación se analizarán e interpretarán en Microsoft Excel que pasará al Software SPSS y se presentará en tablas y gráficos y así obtener los datos de la investigación. Conclusiones: la investigación brindará información que se utilizará como base para conocer el nivel de estrés de las enfermeras de centro quirúrgico y poder desarrollar estrategia para un manejo adecuado.

Objective: to determine the level of work stress in the nursing staff of the surgical center of the Honorio Delgado Espinoza Regional Hospital in Arequipa, 2025. Materials and methods: the approach is quantitative, descriptive, and the research design is non-experimental and cross-sectional. The population consists of 48 nurses working in a surgical center, being a census sample. The instrument used is the Nursing Stress Scale questionnaire. Results: the research data will be analyzed and interpreted in Microsoft Excel, which will be transferred to the SPSS software and presented in tables and graphs, thus obtaining the research data. Conclusions: the research will provide information that will be used as a basis for understanding the stress level of surgical center nurses and for developing strategies for proper management.
