Impacto del estrés laboral en la toma de decisiones del personal de enfermería en la unidad de cuidados intensivos de un Hospital público en Andahuaylas-Apurímac, Perú, 2025

Abstract

Objetivo: determinar el impacto del estrés laboral en la toma de decisiones del personal de enfermería en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos del Hospital Sub Regional de Andahuaylas, 2025.Materiales y métodos: el estudio tendrá un enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño no experimental, descriptivo y de corte transversal. Se recopilarán datos de los licenciados de enfermería del servicio de Cuidados Intensivos mediante encuestas validadas para medir el nivel de estrés laboral y su impacto en la toma de decisiones. El análisis de los datos se realizará mediante frecuencias, porcentajes y medidas de tendencia central, utilizando software estadístico como SPSS.

Objective: to explore how the pressures and emotional weight of work-related stress might be influencing the decisions made by nursing staff in the Intensive Care Unit of the Sub-Regional Hospital of Andahuaylas in 2025. Materials and methods: this study takes a quantitative path, leaning on a non-experimental design that’s both descriptive and cross-sectional offering a snapshot of the reality as it unfolds, without altering a thing. Data will be collected from nursing staff in the Intensive Care Unit using validated surveys to measure the level of work-related stress and its impact on decision-making. Data analysis will be conducted using frequencies, percentages, and measures of central tendency, utilizing statistical software such as SPSS.
