Proceso del cuidado enfermero aplicado a paciente con miomatosis en el servicio de emergencia del Hospital Aurelio Díaz Ufano, Lima 2024

Abstract

Objetivo: decidir el proceso del cuidado enfermero aplicado a paciente con miomatosis uterina en el servicio de emergencia del Hospital Aurelio Díaz Ufano, 2024. Material y método: este estudio cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental, descriptivo y transversal, analizó a un paciente diagnosticado con miomatosis uterina. Se utilizó una valoración basada en los 11 patrones funcionales de Marjory Gordon para identificar y tratar los patrones alterados. Resultado: sobre el primer diagnóstico, el 70% de las intervenciones salieron bien y ayudaron a que el paciente mejore. El otro 30% sigue en proceso porque la enfermedad no se trató a tiempo. Conclusión: el paciente presentó dolor agudo por lesiones físicas, con una expresión facial evidente y un EVA de 8/10. Se realizaron el 70% de las actividades con buenos resultados, mientras que el 30% sigue en proceso porque la enfermedad no se trató a tiempo.

Objective: decide the nursing care process applied to a patient with uterine myomatosis in the emergency service of the Aurelio Díaz Ufano Hospital, 2024. Material and method: this quantitative, non-experimental, descriptive, crosssectional design study analyzed a patient diagnosed with uterine myomatosis. An assessment based on Marjory Gordon's 11 functional patterns was used to identify and treat altered patterns. Result: regarding the first diagnosis, 70% of the interventions were successful and helped the patient to improve. The other 30% are still in process because the disease was not treated in time. Conclusión: the patient presented acute pain due to physical injuries, with an evident facial expression and a VAS of 8/10. 70% of the activities were performed with good results, while 30% are still in progress because the disease was not treated in time.
