Estrés laboral de los licenciados en enfermería del centro quirúrgico Hospital de Apoyo II-2, Sullana 2024

Abstract

En esta investigación el objetivo es: determinar el estrés laboral de los licenciados en enfermería del centro quirúrgico hospital de apoyo II - 2, Sullana 2024. Materiales y métodos utilizados: se implementará un enfoque cuantitativo para facilitar la obtención de datos numéricos mediante análisis estadísticos; no habrá manipulación experimental de variables; y se empleará un diseño transversal, donde cada participante será evaluado una única vez durante la investigación. Respecto a los resultados esperados: Se recopilará información sobre cuántas enfermeras adultas de edad media, ya sean con nombramiento o contrato, con experiencia laboral entre 1 y 10 años en el área quirúrgica, manifiestan sintomatología asociada al estrés. Como conclusión: La información obtenida será esencial para desarrollar intervenciones orientadas a reducir o eliminar el estrés en el personal de enfermería que desempeña funciones en las salas de operaciones del hospital de apoyo II-2 Sullana, promoviendo así el bienestar psicosomático y mejorando la calidad de vida laboral de estos profesionales.

The objective of this research is to determine the occupational stress of the nursing staff graduating from the surgical center of support hospital II-2, Sullana 2024. Materials and methods: The approach will be quantitative, facilitating numerical data collection through statistical analysis; the design will be non-experimental, as variables will not be manipulated; and cross-sectional, with each participant being evaluated only once throughout the study. Results: data will be collected regarding middle-aged nurses, both permanent and contracted staff, with professional experience ranging from 1 to 10 years in surgical services, who exhibit stress-related symptoms. Conclusion: the gathered information will be fundamental for developing strategies to reduce or eliminate stress among nursing staff working in the operating rooms of Support Hospital II-2, Sullana, thereby enhancing psychosomatic wellbeing and improving quality of life for these healthcare professionals.
