Cultura de seguridad del paciente en enfermeras de centro quirúrgico del Hospital Sergio Bernales, Lima – 2025

Abstract

Objetivo: identificar el nivel de cultura de seguridad del paciente enfermeras de centro quirúrgico del Hospital Sergio Bernales, Lima – 2025. Materiales y métodos: enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, transversal y descriptivo. Tipo aplicado. La población estará conformada por las 52 enfermeras de centro quirúrgico del Hospital Sergio E. Bernales, ubicado en el distrito de Comas. La muestra será censal. El instrumento fue un cuestionario que consta de 4 dimensiones. Fue validado mediante juicio de expertos y su confiabilidad valor de alpha de Crombach fue 0,860. Resultados: Los hallazgos serán presentados en tablas y figuras para describir las variables y sus dimensiones. Conclusiones: el estudio será un valioso aporte para mejorar la atención de calidad de enfermería en el Hospital Sergio Bernales.

The population will be made up of 52 nurses from the surgical center of the Sergio E. Bernales Hospital, located in the Comas district. The sample will be census-based. The instrument was a questionnaire consisting of 4 dimensions. it was validated through expert judgment, and its reliability Cronbach's alpha value was 0.860. Results: the findings will be presented in tables and figures to describe the variables and their dimensions. Conclusions: the study will be a valuable contribution to improving quality nursing care at Sergio Bernales Hospital.
