dc.description.abstract | En esta investigación experimental y cuantitativo conto con una población de 50 kg de Coffea arabica L; muestra 10 kg de café; se utilizó 5 placas Petri inoculadas con Staphylococcus aureus y Pseudomona aeruginosa. De igual manera, se ejecutó la marcha fitoquímica, agar en pozos integrada al 25%, 50% y 75% ante ciprofloxacino 5 ug, dando como resultados los extractos (25%, 50% y 75%) de cáscara de café ante S. aureus y P. aeruginosa inferiores que el Ciprofloxacino 5 ug (29,6520 mm y 32,8420 mm). El análisis de ANOVA registró (p<0,05) en confrontación con el grupo comparativo; existió alcaloides, flavonoides, compuestos fenólicos y taninos en conclusión el extracto etanólico de cáscara de Coffea arabica L. (Café) evidenció actividad antibacteriana in vitro ante Staphylococcus aureus y Pseudomona aeruginosa. | es_PE |
dc.description.abstract | In this experimental and quantitative research I had a population of 50 kg of Coffea arabica L; sample 10 kg of coffee; 5 Petri dishes inoculated with Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomona aeruginosa were used. Similarly, the phytochemical march was carried out, agar in wells integrated at 25%, 50% and 75% before ciprofloxacin 5 ug, resulting in extracts (25%, 50% and 75%) of coffee peel before S. aureus and P. aeruginosa lower than Ciprofloxacin 5 ug (29.6520 mm and 32.8420 mm).
