Estrés laboral de los profesionales de enfermería del servicio de emergencia del Hospital II Jorge Reátegui Piura 2024

Abstract

Objetivo: determinar el estrés laboral de los profesionales de enfermería del servicio de emergencia del Hospital II Jorge Reátegui Piura 2024. Métodos y materiales: se trata de una investigación de enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental, donde la descripción de los datos de la variable estrés laboral se realizará sin manipulación alguna de la variable. Es un estudio transversal, ya que se llevaron a cabo en un momento específico, lo que permite la aplicación de un cuestionario que consta de 22 ítems distribuidos en 3 dimensiones: cansancio emocional, despersonalización y realización personal. La calificación se realiza utilizando una escala ordinal de 5 puntos con 5 opciones de respuesta, que luego se clasifican en niveles de alto, medio y bajo, según los valores finales obtenidos. Resultados: se realizará a través de tablas y figuras con el análisis respectivo. Conclusiones: se expondrá de acuerdo con los objetivos que persigue la investigación, que esté relacionada al estrés laboral de los profesionales de enfermería del servicio de emergencia del Hospital II Jorge Reátegui Piura 2024.

It is a cross-sectional study, since it was carried out at a specific time, which allows the application of a questionnaire consisting of 22 items distributed in 3 dimensions: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal accomplishment. The rating is done using a 5-point ordinal scale with 5 response options, which are then classified into high, medium and low levels, according to the final values obtained. Results: it will be carried out through tables and figures with the respective analysis. Conclusions: will be presented in accordance with the objectives pursued by the research, which is related to the work stress of nursing professionals in the emergency service of Hospital II Jorge Reátegui Piura 2024.
