Proceso del cuidado enfermero aplicado a paciente con Tuberculosis multidrogo resistente del Puesto de Salud Ayacucho, 2024

Abstract

Como objetivo principal, este caso clínico se orienta hacia un plan de intervenciones para el cuidado del paciente, llevándose a cabo la valoración, utilizando los 11 Patrones Funcionales de Marjory Gordon. Los Materiales y métodos del estudio es de tipo descriptivo, de diseño no experimental y de corte transversal. Se utilizaron los libros NANDA, NOC Y NIC, así se pudo concluir con los resultados. Los resultados de una de la intervención de Enfermería de Limpieza ineficaz de las vías aéreas, el 75% de las intervenciones que se llevó a cabo fueron ejecutadas. Por otro lado, solo el 25% de las intervenciones aun no dan los resultados. En conclusión, del siguiente diagnóstico de limpieza ineficaz de las vías aéreas, el 75% de las intervenciones fueron ejecutadas. Solo un 25% de las intervenciones aun no dan los resultados esperados.

Having a main objective, this clinical case is oriented towards an intervention plan for the care of the patient, carrying out the assessment, using the 11 Functional Patterns of Marjory Gordon, thus rebalancing the altered patterns according to the patient's own assessment, diagnosed with multidrug resistant tuberculosis, a nursing care process was developed to guarantee adequate care to the patient throughout the time he was in the Control Program of Tuberculosis of the Ayacucho Health Post. The materials and methods of the study are descriptive, non-experimental and cross sectional. The investigation of this clinical case applied in this pathology and in a patient in which the books NANDA, NOC AND NIC were used, thus it was possible to conclude with the results obtained in nursing established with the evidence. Regarding the results of an ineffective airway cleaning nursing intervention, it can be noted that 75% of the interventions that were carried out were satisfactorily executed and gave good results in the improvement of the patient. On the other hand, only 25% of the interventions still do not give the expected results due to advanced disease, drug resistance delayed recovery. In reference to the study, it can be concluded from the following nursing diagnosis of: ineffective airway cleaning, 75% of the interventions that were carried out were executed.
