dc.description.abstract | Determinar relación del clima organizacional y satisfacción laboral del profesional de enfermería - centro quirúrgico del Hospital Regional Ica, 2024. Materiales y métodos: a manera de sinopsis se detalla en los métodos; descriptivo, tipo de enfoque cuantitativo, no experimental, transversal. Población r 54 Enfermeras.
Muestra 36 participantes. Instrumento para variable independiente “clima organizacional” fue desarrollado por Litwin, instrumento para variable dependiente “Satisfacción Laboral” desarrollado por Palma. El instrumento – cuestionario de la variable independiente se refleja en 53 preguntas, mientras que el cuestionario para la variable dependiente detalla en un número de 35 preguntas, distribuidas en 9 y 7 dimensiones para la variable 1 y 2 respectivamente.
Resultados: se presentan utilizando la estadística mediante tablas las mismas que se reflejan en las figuras correspondientes a cada Ítem.
Conclusiones: aporta meritoria información para las enfermeras, y permite crear acciones de perfeccionamiento. | es_PE |
