Factores que influyen en la deserción del control de crecimiento y desarrollo en niños menores de 3 años del puesto de salud Luis Enrique-2023

Abstract

Objetivo: identificar los elementos vinculados al incumplimiento de las evaluaciones de crecimiento y desarrollo en niños menores de un año en el puesto de salud Luis Enrique durante el año 2023. Materiales y Métodos: el enfoque de este estudio es cuantitativo, y se emplearon técnicas estadísticas para medir la variable en cuestión. El diseño de la investigación es no experimental, puesto que no se manipularon las variables, y se trata de un estudio de corte transversal. La información se obtendrá a través de una encuesta, y el enfoque es descriptivo, ya que se explorará en su estado inicial. Para la recolección de datos, se utilizará el test de Chi-cuadrado. La población objetivo estará compuesta por 120 menores de tres años que no cumplieron con el programa de CRED. La técnica empleada será la encuesta, y el instrumento consistirá en un cuestionario que constará de tres etapas: I) presentación, II) datos generales del niño y la madre, III) un conjunto de 16 ítems formulados. La confiabilidad del instrumento, medida a través del Alpha de Cronbach, arrojó un valor de 0.865, lo que garantiza una validez y confiabilidad aceptable. Resultados: al término de la investigación, se presentarán los hallazgos a través de cuadros y tablas, utilizando medidas de tendencia central para el análisis cuantitativo. Conclusión: este estudio aportará información esencial para mejorar la atención que brindamos en la institución a niños menores de cinco años.

Objective: to identify the elements linked to non-compliance with growth and development assessments in children under one year of age at the Luis Enrique health post during 2023. Materials and Methods: the approach of this study is quantitative, and statistical techniques were used to measure the variable in question. The research design is non experimental, since the variables were not manipulated, and it is a cross-sectional study. The information will be obtained through a survey, and the approach is descriptive, since it will be explored in its initial state. For data collection, the Chi-square test will be used. The target population will be made up of 120 children under three years of age who did not comply with the CRED program. The technique used will be the survey, and the instrument will consist of a questionnaire consisting of three stages: I) presentation, II) general data of the child and the mother, III) a set of 16 formulated items. The reliability of the instrument, measured through Cronbach's Alpha, yielded a value of 0.865, which guarantees acceptable validity and reliability. Results: at the end of the research, the findings will be presented through charts and tables, using central tendency measures for quantitative analysis. Conclusion: this study will provide essential information to improve the care we provide at the institution to children under five years of age.
