Conocimiento de la lista de verificación de cirugía segura por el grupo profesional del centro quirúrgico del Hospital Regional del Cusco, 2024

Abstract

Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de conocimiento de la lista de verificación de cirugía segura del grupo profesional del centro quirúrgico del Hospital Regional del Cusco – 2024. Materiales y métodos: estudio que sigue el enfoque cuantitativo, de corte transversal, diseño no experimental, nivel descriptivo. La población está compuesta por 70 profesionales de salud que trabajan en el centro quirúrgico del hospital Regional del Cusco. Se utilizarán técnicas de entrevista, la lista de cotejo y el instrumento será un cuestionario. La variable Lista de Verificación de Cirugía Segura, se medirá a través del cuestionario de conocimiento Safe Surgery Checklist, instrumento elaborado por Moreta D. cuenta con Alpha de Cronbach de 7.0. La prueba consta de 20 preguntas con opciones politómicas. Se utilizará la lista de cotejo el cual tiene como objetivo el conocimiento de las fases de la LVCS, los cuales fueron creados por la OMS, este cuenta con 19 ítems, con opciones dicotómicas, SÍ y NO, con puntuaciones de 1 y 0 respectivamente, la misma que se puntúa como: de 0 a 18 puntos, aplicación incorrecta y 19 puntos, aplicación correcta. Resultados: se desarrollará el tratamiento de los datos a través del estadístico SPSS v.26. Conclusiones: esta investigación brindará resultados sobre el nivel de conocimiento de la utilización de la LVCS por parte del profesional de salud que labora en el centro quirúrgico del Hospital Regional del Cusco.

Objetive: to determine the level of knowledge of the safe surgery checklist of the profesional group of the surgical center of the Cusco Regional Hospital - 2024. Materials and methods: study that follows the quantitative approach, cross-sectional, non-experimental design, descriptive level. The population is made up of 70 health professionals who work in the surgical center of the Cusco Regional Hospital. Interview techniques, the checklist and the instrument will be used a questionnaire. The variable Safe Surgery Checklist will be measured through the knowledge questionnaire Safe Surgery Checklist, an instrument developed by Moreta D. has Cronbach's Alpha of 7.0. The test consists of 20 questions with polytomous options. The checklist will be used which aims to know the phases of the LVCS, which were created by the WHO, this has 19 items, with dichotomous options, YES and NO, with scores of 1 and 0 respectively, which is scored as: from 0 to 18 points, incorrect application and 19 points, correct application. Results: Data processing will be developed through the SPSS v.26 statistic. Conclusions: This research will provide results on the level of knowledge of the use of the LVCS by health professionals working in the surgical center of the Regional Hospital of Cusco.
