Percepción de la humanización del cuidado y perfil de los profesionales de enfermería - unidad de cuidados intensivos del Hospital Regional del Cusco 2024

Abstract

Objetivo: determinar la relación que existe entre el perfil y la percepción de la humanización del cuidado en profesionales de enfermería - unidad de cuidados intensivos del Hospital Regional del Cusco, 2024. Materiales y métodos: investigación con enfoque cuantitativo, correlacional, no experimental, descriptivo y de corte transversal, se realizará en la Ciudad del Cusco. La población de estudio son 32 profesionales de enfermería que laboran en la Unidad de cuidados intensivos del Hospital Regional del Cusco. Para la recopilación de datos, se aplicara una ficha de recolección de datos para obtener el perfil del profesional y la aplicación del instrumento Cuestionario de percepción sobre la humanización sanitaria para la variable de Humanización del cuidado. Resultados: para llevar a cabo el análisis de los datos recopilados, se empleará el Software estadístico SPSS versión 26. (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences), herramienta ampliamente utilizada en investigaciones para analizar datos mediante técnicas estadísticas descriptivas e inferenciales. Conclusiones: se establecerá un precedente valioso para investigaciones futuras en el ámbito de la salud sobre Humanización del Cuidado dentro de las unidades de cuidados intensivos y ser un referente destacado para el análisis de las variables mencionadas y su relación.

The study population consists of 32 nursing professionals working in the Intensive Care Unit of the Regional Hospital of Cusco. Data collection will involve using a data collection form to obtain the professional profile and applying the Health Humanization Perception Questionnaire for the variable of Humanization of Care. Results: to analyze the collected data, the statistical software SPSS version 26 (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) will be used. This tool is widely utilized in research to analyze data through descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. Conclusions: a valuable precedent will be established for future research in the field of health regarding the Humanization of Care within intensive care units, and it will serve as a significant reference for analyzing the mentioned variables and their relationship.
