Sobrecarga laboral del personal de enfermería en la unidad de cuidados intensivos en el Hospital Regional del Cusco 2024.

Abstract

Objetivo: determinar la sobrecarga laboral del personal de enfermería en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos en el Hospital Regional del Cusco, 2024. Materiales y métodos: se ubica entre los estudios cuantitativos, no experimentales, descriptivos, correlacionales y de corte transversal. La población es censal debido a que estará conformada por 40 enfermeras de la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos del Hospital Regional del Cusco 2024, comprendiendo aquellos que cumplan con los criterios de selección. Resultados: Se trasladará la información de la base de datos al paquete estadístico SPSS versión 27 para realizar el análisis. Se utilizarán tablas de frecuencia absoluta y relativa, medidas de tendencia central y sumas de elementos operativos para obtener valores objetivos totales relacionados con la variable medida. Posteriormente, se presentarán los resultados en forma de tablas y gráficos. Conclusiones: el estudio establecerá un precedente valioso para futuras investigaciones en el campo de la salud, convirtiéndose en un referente destacado para el análisis de las variables mencionadas y su relación. Además, servirá como un modelo orientador útil para investigaciones posteriores.

Objective: determine the work overload of nursing staff in the Intensive Care Unit at the Regional Hospital of Cusco, 2024. Materials and methods: it is located among quantitative, non-experimental, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional studies. The population is census because it will be made up of 40 nurses staff of the Intensive Care Unit of the Regional Hospital of Cusco 2024, including those who meet the selection criteria. Results: to carry out the analysis, the information from the database will be transferred to the statistical package SPSS version 27 using tables of absolute and relative frequency, measure of central tendency and sum of operational elements to obtain total objective values related to the measure. the variable and finally tables and graphs will be presented. Conclusions: the study will establish a valuable precedent for future research in the field of health, becoming an outstanding reference for the analysis of the aforementioned variables and their relationship. Furthermore, it will serve as a useful guiding model for further research.
