Percepción del rol del químico farmacéutico y su relación con la percepción de la calidad de atención frente a pacientes del Hospital Casimiro Ulloa durante la pandemia Covid-19, septiembre– noviembre 2023

Abstract

Objetivo: determinar la percepción del rol del químico farmacéutico y su relación con la percepción de la calidad de atención frente a pacientes del Hospital Casimiro Ulloa durante la pandemia COVID-19 septiembre-noviembre 2023. Materiales y métodos: estudio realizado en 259 pacientes del Hospital Casimiro Ulloa mediante método cuantitativo, no experimental y diseño descriptivo y transversal. Resultados: se obtuvo, un buen nivel de calidad de salud, relacionado con la percepción del rol del químico farmacéutico el 48,3% y el 59,1% dan un excelente nivel de calidad; el 46,3% y el 57,9% confiable, el 59,8% receptiva, el 76% buena, es decir, el 66% es buena en cuanto a la atención. El déficit tangible es 63,30%. Conclusión: existe una correlación significativa entre la percepción del rol del químico farmacéutico y la percepción de la calidad, el 52,8% dijo estar muy satisfecho y el 32,1% satisfecho, se puede observar que el nivel de significancia bilateral es 0,000, por lo que, considerando los parámetros, los valores p son inferiores a 0,05. El desempeño de los profesionales de salud se mide en función de la percepción de la calidad de la atención.

Conclusion: there is a significant correlation between the perception of the role of the pharmaceutical chemist and the perception of quality, 52.8% said they were very satisfied and 32.1% satisfied, it can be seen that the level of bilateral significance is 0.000, therefore, considering the parameters, the p values are less than 0.05. The performance of health professionals is measured based on the perception of the quality of care.
