dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se mide mediante dos variables,
factores asociados, cuyo instrumento para evaluar los
factores asociados es de creación propia y se fundamenta en los
factores asociados más comunes identificados en
investigaciones previas y adherencia al tratamiento, este
cuestionario consta de 21 ítems distribuidos en tres dimensiones
diferentes. Este trabajo se realizó en el Centro Materno Infantil
Juan Pablo II, en los Olivos, del mes de octubre 2023, donde se
llegó a determinar que los factores sociodemográficos edad,
sexo, y consumo de alcohol están asociados significativamente a
la adherencia al tratamiento en pacientes con tuberculosis
pulmonar, también el trato del personal está asociado
significativamente a la adherencia al tratamiento en pacientes
con tuberculosis pulmonar. Es por ello la importancia de realizar
este trabajo de investigación, para poder promover que el
Centro Materno Infantil debe mantener altos estándares de
atención al paciente, ofreciendo servicios de calidad y
desarrollando programas motivacionales de manera coordinada
para fomentar el cumplimiento del tratamiento contra la
tuberculosis. Asimismo, eliminar estigmas sociales y evitar el
maltrato a los pacientes con tuberculosis. | es_PE |
dc.description.abstract | The present research is measured by two variables, associate factors
, whose instrument to evaluate the associated factors is of
its own creation and is based on the most common associated
factors identified in previous research and treatment adherence
, this questionnaire consists of 21 items distributed in
three different dimensions. This work was carried out at the Juan
Pablo II Maternal and Child Center, in Los Olivos, in October 2023,

the treatment of staff is also significantly associated with treatment
