dc.description.abstract | Objetivo: determinar el efecto antibacteriano in vitro del
extracto etanólico de semillas de Vitis vinífera (uva) frente
Streptococcus mutans ATCC 25175.
Materiales y métodos: de tipo cuantitativo, experimental;
población: 15 Kg de Vitis vinífera (uva); muestra de 365.7 g
de semilla Vitis vinífera; por otro lado, se empleó 10 placas
Petri inoculadas con Streptococcus mutans ATCC 25175.
Además, se empleó la marcha fitoquímica, difusión en agar
en pozos, constituida por grupos al 25 %, 50 % y 75 % frente
a (Clorhexidina).
Resultados: las medias de los diámetros en
concentraciones del 25%, 50% y 75% del extracto etanólico
de semillas de Vitis vinífera (uva) frente Streptococcus
mutans ATCC 25175 fueron más bajos que los registrados
por Clorhexidina. En examen numérico por medio de la
prueba de ANOVA fue (p<0,05) en comparación con el
conjunto de control. Además, se identificó la presencia de
taninos, compuestos fenólicos, lactonas α, β-insaturadas,
alcaloides, antocianinas y azúcares reductores.
Conclusión: el extracto etanólico de semillas de Vitis
vinífera (uva) presentó efecto antibacteriano al 25%, 50% y
75% frente Streptococcus mutans ATCC 25175. | es_PE |
dc.description.abstract | Objective: determine the in vitro antibacterial effect of the
ethanolic extract of Vitis vinifera (grape) seeds against
Streptococcus mutans ATCC 25175.
Materials and methods: quantitative, experimental;
population: 15 Kg of Vitis vinifera (grape); sample of 365.7
g of Vitis vinifera seed; On the other hand, 10 Petri plates
inoculated with Streptococcus mutans ATCC 25175 were
used. In addition, the phytochemical march was used,
diffusion in agar in wells, consisting of groups at 25%, 50%
and 75% against (Chlorhexidine).
Results: the mean diameters in concentrations of 25%,
50% and 75% of the ethanolic extract of Vitis vinifera
(grape) seeds against Streptococcus mutans ATCC 25175
were lower than those recorded by Chlorhexidine. In
numerical examination through ANOVA test it was (p<0.05)
compared to the control set. In addition, the presence of
tannins, phenolic compounds, α, β-unsaturated lactones,
alkaloids, anthocyanins and reducing sugars was identified.
Conclusion: the ethanolic extract of Vitis vinifera (grape)
seeds presented antibacterial effect at 25%, 50% and 75%
